Pension law also changes credit counseling (Bankrate.com via Yahoo! Finance)
The Debt Adviser, Steve Bucci, brings to light some new changes to credit counseling that were packaged in with the new pension law.
Here’s one that should be very helpful:
“May not refuse anyone services based on inability to pay.”
So now many more people will be able to get credit counseling and take control of their debt.
